    Our small but marvelously restored and designed units are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and are situated in two of Italy’s most beautiful country side regions: Tuscany and Sardinia. To the detail renovated and remodeled by the talented architect and designer Giulietta Roz.
    In Tuscany we are far away from the main stream tourist areas. Terricciola is situated between Pisa and Volterra, an area of pure peace and nature. Tuscan beauty that for many years has dedicated parts of its land to vineyards and wine making. In Sardinia we fell in love with the wild and unchanged south-west, far enough from the mass of tourism but close enough to the stunning, less developed coasts that allow you to enjoy a beautiful landscape, sea and crystal clear waters.
     

  • Cascinale “Podere Spedale”


    In the province of Pisa, located on the little road that connects Selvatelle and the historical centre of Terricciola and close to the historic church of St. Bartolomeo, you will find our “Cascinale Podere Spedale” with its breath taking views over hilly vineyards and soft valleys. Already in medieval times, small religious communities that lived in this area offered accommodation to travelers. With the renovation works and by using traditional materials only we were able to regain the original architecture of the Estate. Though comfortably furnished, the design fits the ambience of the building. Some carefully collected antiques give the house the feel of the past.

  • Casa “Il Nero di Casanova”


    Just few kilometers from the famous tower of Pisa, lies this tiny Etruscan village with a necropolis, that dates back to the Hellenistic times. Casanova is the name of this small town today and it intrigues with a stunning view over the olive groves and hilly vineyards. Our apartment is located inside the walls that surround the village on the first floor of one of the many historic buildings. The renovation work preserved the old characteristics of the house and the ambience of the village and the exclusive use of traditional materials such as red Tuscan tiles for the floor and ceilings as well as original timber beams restored the real feel of real Tuscan living.

  • Casa “Il Sassontino”


    In the province of Pisa, located on the little road that connects Selvatelle and the historical centre of Terricciola and close to the historic church of St. Bartolomeo, you will find our “Cascinale Podere Spedale” with its breath taking views over hilly vineyards and soft valleys. This apartment is located in the villa Cascinale “Podere Spedale”, but can be used completely independent from the house, as it offers a separate entrance, a private garden and a porch for dining.

    In a small village between Santadi and Giba, 20 minutes from the dunes of Porto Pino and five minutes from the archeological site of Montessu, we offer two small, but independent units to rent. One unit was recently remodeled and so was the building, that we enlarged, while always paying great attention to the original architecture of the region.
